Primrose Schools Konrad Group in McKinney, TX is seeking an Education Coach who loves early childhood education and enjoys supporting great teachers. You will help teachers grow their confidence, strengthen their skills, and bring joyful learning experiences to life.

As Education Coach, you’ll coach across age groups, assist in hiring, collaborate with leadership to create welcoming onboarding, and provide classroom observations with practical feedback to support the Balanced Learning curriculum

Qualifications

• Experience coaching teachers across age groups.
• Ability to conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Experience in hiring passionate educators.
• Experience with onboarding new staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
