Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and training early childhood teachers.
• Ability to support and develop teachers within a learning culture.

• Participate in teacher selection and onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations to support curriculum delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding for new teachers.
• Support the use of our digital platform for curriculum delivery.
