Job summary

Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking a Curriculum Director to coach and empower teachers across early childhood classrooms, helping them grow confidence and effectively deliver the Balanced Learning curriculum.

You will participate in hiring, design onboarding experiences, conduct classroom observations with actionable feedback, and partner with leaders to create welcoming, engaging experiences. This role supports a community of dedicated educators and a thriving learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early childhood education teams is ideal.
• Ability to mentor and develop teaching staff.
• Strong communication and collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
