Job summary

Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support and grow our teachers across all age groups. You’ll guide professional development, help implement our Balanced Learning® curriculum, and ensure teachers feel confident using our exclusive digital platform.

You will collaborate with principals and franchise owners to create welcoming onboarding experiences, provide practical classroom feedback, and recruit passionate educators who share our mission to nurture young learners.

Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
