Havenwyck Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an Education Assistant to support the head of the education team in running the academic program. The role provides academic support throughout the school day and helps students with individualized needs identified via assessment.

You will maintain records, participate in behavior management, and assist with administrative duties while adhering to hospital policies and trainings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with emotionally/cognitively impaired children preferred.
• Clerical/administrative experience required.
• Ability to document and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the education team in running the academic program.
• Provide academic support based on student needs identified through assessment.
• Maintain records and documentation for the education program.
• Assist with classroom behavior management and administrative duties.
• Adhere to hospital policies and participate in trainings.
