Great Lakes Management Co. in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Education and Training Specialist, RN to join our full-time team. Bring your nursing experience to the classroom and help shape care across communities with hands-on teaching and on-site sessions.

You will lead orientation, dementia care, skills and medication training, and ensure materials meet MN, WI and CO assisted living requirements. Travel to our communities is required to provide training as needed.

Formación

• RN with 2+ years in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care.
• Clear, encouraging teaching style for caregivers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience teaching dementia care, skills and medication administration, or CPR instructor certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead classes for general orientation, dementia care, skills and medication training.
• Keep training materials and records current with state requirements.
• Travel to communities for on-site training as needed.
• Support ongoing education and nursing CEUs.
