Zusammenfassung

Great Lakes is seeking an experienced RN to transition clinical expertise into hands-on training across multiple assisted living communities. You will lead orientation and specialized trainings in dementia care, medications, and skills, shaping how care teams perform on day-to-day visits.

Your role supports resident safety and quality of care by standardizing teaching across campuses, traveling to sites as needed, and collaborating with leadership to maintain current training materials and

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of RN experience in assisted living, long-term care or senior care.
• A clear, encouraging teaching style that works for new and experienced caregivers alike.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience teaching dementia care, skills and medication administration, or CPR instructor certification is a plus.
