We are a vibrant, welcoming Reform Jewish congregation serving more than 700 households across the greater Twin Cities. You do not need to be Jewish to thrive here. Our staff and community include people from different backgrounds. What matters for this role is curiosity, kindness, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in helping families and congregants connect with learning, meaning, and one another.

  • Data and records. Assist with database upkeep, basic accounting tasks, and donor acknowledgments.
  • Team support. Take meeting minutes and jump in on other projects as our team needs.
Who You Are
  • A self-starter. You see what needs doing and do it, and you are comfortable owning your role and helping define it.
  • A juggler of projects. You can juggle several projects at once, keep track of deadlines, and stay calm when priorities shift.
  • A quick study with technology. You pick up new software platforms quickly and enjoy figuring out how tools can make work easier. Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Zoom, Constant Contact, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented. You are a careful copy editor who catches the typo, the wrong date, and the missing link before anything goes out.
  • A strong communicator. You communicate clearly and kindly in writing and in person, you ask clarifying questions when needed, and you handle confidential information with discretion and respect.
  • A people person. You bring strong interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming presence to a busy front office full of kids, parents, teachers, and members.
