Reconstructing Judaism seeks an associate for its Thriving Communities department, including Ritualwell and our in-house Reconstructionist Press. Reporting to the Director of Ritualwell and the Associate Director for Thriving Communities, this position ensures that departmental programs, educational offerings, publications, and online resources and outlets are well-administered and delivered efficiently, professionally, and with a positive participant/patron experience.
The Thriving Communities Associate serves at the intersection of programmatic operations and communications for the Department of Thriving Communities, which include our Ritualwell platform and suite of resources, trainings, and consultations for Reconstructing Judaism's network of 87 congregations. The position requires exceptional organizational and communications skills, attention to detail, tech-savviness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organization.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to joinour organization and includes meaningfulinteraction with our wider community of congregations, rabbis, learners, and internal staff. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of one day per week onsite in the Wyncote, PA office and additional in-person participation as needed for meetings and events. This includes occasional evenings and weekends and busy times for the Read & Rite Store.
