Job summary

REAL Journey Academies seeks Educational Support Personnel to assist instructional programs and supervise students under certificated staff. ESPs support learning, prepare materials, and help manage behavior in and out of the classroom.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, college coursework, and proficiency with computers/Office software. The role includes non-instructional duties and travel with students for school activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students individually or in groups under supervision; support instructional tasks.
• Administer tests to assess progress towards educational objectives.
• Prepare classroom and instructional materials for lessons.
• Monitor student behavior and provide a safe learning environment.
• Provide class supervision when the teacher is away; support administrative duties.
