Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct student support and supervision, individually or in small groups.
• Provide small-group instruction and assist with lesson plans.
• Administer make-up tests and lessons.
• Support individualized student education and behavioral plans.
• Assist students with the use of computers and technology.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions.
• Respond to student behavior as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare instructional tools and materials.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Attend meetings and training as assigned.
