Job summary

Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose Schools is seeking an Education Support Professional (ESP) to assist in instructional tasks and supervision at Buffalo High School. The role supports teachers, helps students with academic activities, and manages small- and large-group settings.

Work hours are 3 hours daily, five days per week, with a 182-day paid year under the ESP Master Agreement. The position emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Complete Personal Care Assistance Training prior to working with students.
• Experience in school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students directly or in small groups with instructional tasks.
• Supervise students during meals, recess, and transitions.
• Support use of computers and technology in learning activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare instructional tools and materials.
• Uphold a positive learning environment and promote inclusion.
