Job summary

Base44 Inc. is seeking an Education-focused Account Executive to own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing in mid-market and enterprise Education accounts.

You will navigate K-12 and higher ed procurement, translate Base44’s AI-powered platform into compelling conversations for district leaders, and help shape our go-to-market strategy for Education. Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B closing experience in Education (K-12 or Higher Ed)
• Proven track record of quota attainment in multi-stakeholder deals
• Knowledge of Education procurement processes (RFP/RFQ, cooperatives, E-Rate a plus)
• Experience with AI/ML data platforms or product-led SaaS is a strong plus
• Experience with bottom-up sales motions leveraging ICs to expand adoption

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing new business in Mid-Market and Enterprise Education accounts
• Navigate education procurement processes and budget cycles
• Translate product vision into conversations with district and institutional leaders
• Build early revenue by identifying and converting Education prospects
• Shape the foundational sales motion for Education: messaging and account segmentation
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and leadership on Education GTM
• Forecast deals, manage pipeline, and maintain CRM best practices
• Provide feedback to product on roadmap and positioning
• Be willing to be on-site in New York three days per week
