Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person parent meetings with prospective families at times/locations that suit them.
• Host campus tours and open houses in collaboration with campus staff.
• Represent Primer at community events to build local presence and trust.
• Maintain scheduling, communication, and follow-up in Salesforce/Groove, aligned with central admissions processes.
• Serve as a local ambassador to welcome and inform families exploring enrollment.
• Surface recurring questions/objections to inform the central admissions team.
