Job summary

Primer is seeking an Admissions Representative to be the human face of the network for prospective families. You will welcome families, earn trust, and explain why Primer is different, while adapting to family schedules and building personal connections on campus.

You'll report to the Head of Admissions and collaborate with the local GM to support campus growth from day one. This role emphasizes honesty, care, and follow-through in guiding families through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or customer-facing roles.
• Track record of building relationships and meeting goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person meetings with prospective families at convenient times/locations.
• Host campus tours and open houses with campus staff.
• Represent Primer at community events to build local presence and trust.
• Maintain scheduling and follow-up in Salesforce/Groove in line with central processes.
• Serve as a local ambassador ensuring families feel welcomed and informed.
• Relay common questions/objections to central admissions team for improvement.
