Job summary

Baptist Health in Florida seeks an Education Coordinator to manage day-to-day administration, accreditation readiness and event planning for the department. You will collaborate with training programs to support learning initiatives and track performance indicators.

Under the Manager/Director, you will act as a resource to leadership and liaise with learners including students, residents and academic partners to ensure compliant educational activities.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of demonstrated experience in administrative/office management and support preferably in an Academic setting.
• Exceptional organizational, professional and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's preferred.
• Computer proficiency, including skills in MS Office and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administration and event management for the department.
• Support accreditation readiness and program accreditation processes.
• Collaborate with training programs to collect KPIs.
• Liaise with learners including students, residents, and academic partners.
