Job summary

AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking a Training and Education Coordinator to lead center inspections, nursing and lab oversight, and educational programs. You will coordinate training, track corrective actions, and support compliance through ongoing staff development.

You will travel as needed to establish clinics, certify staff, and collaborate with clinical teams. A strong healthcare background, BLS, and teaching experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
BLS CPR certification required.
LPN, RT-TEMP, CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA or BMO certifications required.

Responsibilities

Conducts monthly center inspections including nursing, diagnostic, pharmacy, engineering and work practice monitoring.
Tracks corrective actions from inspections.
Performs new hire training and post-training assessments.
Assists with ongoing clinical in-service education and remediation.
Maintains communication with staff and center managers.
Travels to multiple states for new center openings.
