Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Accreditation Coordinator RN to manage planning and implementation of accreditation and regulatory activities across the system. You will develop educational programs related to accreditation standards and ensure survey readiness across all departments.

The role requires collaboration with staff to interpret standards, coordinate site visits, and report progress to leadership. RN license and extensive regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related health field required; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical acute care hospital experience (Medical/Surgical unit and quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance) required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in TJC accredited facility required.
• Active RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement accreditation-related activities for Joint Commission and CMS.
• Develop and deliver educational activities related to accreditation standards.
• Coordinate site visits, follow-up reports, and action plans with regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance programs and reporting to leadership.
