Job summary

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) seeks an Account Executive to oversee the Honolulu, Hawaii territory. You will identify events, build partnerships, and promote online degree programs in education, healthcare, and business.

You will counsel prospective students, families, and partners, manage admissions steps, and travel as needed, including evenings and weekends. A Bachelor’s degree and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No delinquent federal student loan (credit check).
• Excellent time management with ability to travel and prioritize.
• Clear communication in person, writing, and on the phone.
• Self-motivation with ownership of student interactions.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for diverse students.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; occasional evenings/weekends.
• Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop event/activity plans for the territory to increase inquiries.
• Build high-impact partnerships and conduct presentations, calls, and emails to maximize value.
• Provide counseling to prospective students, families, and partners, guiding them through admissions for online programs.
• Work independently to support prospective students through the admissions process and advise on online learning.
