Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field; three to five years of study abroad administration experience.
• Prior experience living, studying or working abroad in the location of the program.
• Master’s degree plus language proficiency and 3–5 years in education abroad setting.

Responsibilities

• Academic Records liaison with MSU colleges and registrar-related units.
• Advise students on Course Approval and transcript articulation before, during, and after programs.
• Manage CAF system and daily processes with EA IT and academic units.
• Develop curriculum integration resources and advising materials (major pages, degree pathways).
• Coordinate enrollment in carrier course credits and CSP/CSX enrollment for direct-enroll, exchange, and provider programs.
• Match CAFs to foreign transcripts and submit articulation packets to the Registrar’s Office.
• Provide related training to EA staff and support cross-office collaboration.
