Promethean, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Regional Channel Manager to drive new business through reseller and distributor partners and expand opportunities across vertical markets.

You will manage key partner relationships, forecast pipeline, lead quarterly business reviews, and deliver training to partner sales and technical teams on Promethean products. Requirements include 3–5+ years of outside technology sales, experience with A/V integrations, and proficiency with Salesforce; travel up to 50% and

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of outside selling experience in the technology hardware and software space.
• Direct experience with A/V technology integration partners.
• Thorough grasp of sales enablement, pipeline generation, and value-based partner engagement.
• Must be able to present professionally to audiences and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Strong ability to create and execute account plans and exceed targets and quotas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partners, resolve issues and conflicts, and provide an overall excellent customer experience.
• Pipeline management, forecasting and market fund development activities that drive brand awareness regionally.
• Interface directly with the reseller, distributor and end customer.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure partner success and execute on goals.
• Lead partner quarterly business reviews and performance tracking.
• Deliver training to partner sales and technical teams to ensure knowledge of the complete portfolio of Promethean products and solutions.
