Job summary

Committee for Children is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to lead a new product line for the U.S. K–12 education market, translating market insights into scalable, impactful solutions and guiding disciplined agile delivery from concept to launch.

You will work with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams to own the roadmap, run backlog prioritization, measure outcomes, and secure executive buy-in for ongoing support and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record launching 0–1 products that scale and generate revenue.
• Experience using AI tools for product development or personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog and roadmap; translate strategy into sprint-ready work.
• Lead agile delivery and coordinate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Define success metrics and measure impact on learning outcomes and business goals.
• Represent the product line in leadership reviews and secure resources and alignment.
