Job summary

Realityworks is seeking an Events & Sponsorships Specialist to lead planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, trainings, site visits, and other industry events. You will collaborate with educators, customers, partners, and internal teams to elevate our brands and generate qualified leads.

This hybrid role based in Eau Claire, WI, offers opportunities to manage vendor relationships, track ROI, and expand our event program while supporting sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns planning, coordination, and execution of company participation in tradeshows, conferences, presentations, trainings, and special events.
• Maintains event calendars and ensures deadlines, registrations, and logistics are completed on time.
• Coordinates event prep activities including inventory, shipping, and on-site readiness.
