Job summary

Realityworks, headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking an Events & Sponsorships Specialist to drive brand visibility and partnerships. You will lead tradeshow planning, sponsorship opportunities, and end-to-end event execution across our brands, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and external vendors to maximize sponsor value and lead generation.

You will manage logistics, inventory, communications, and onsite readiness while seeking creative ways to expand reach and deepen market

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficient with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute company participation in tradeshows, conferences, and events
• Maintain master tradeshow calendar, deadlines, registrations, and logistics
• Coordinate event prep, inventory, shipping and on-site readiness
• Build and maintain relationships with conference organizers and partner organizations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and vendors to meet event goals
• Track event ROI, budget, leads and post-event feedback
