Job summary

The Renaissance Network, Inc. is seeking a highly strategic Chief Operating Officer to scale the company's operational infrastructure, product delivery pipelines, and customer success mechanisms across the US K-12 EdTech market.

Partnering with the CEO and Board, you will drive the value creation plan, oversee PE reporting, optimize cross-functional execution, and build scalable processes that support aggressive growth while maintaining educational excellence.

Qualifications

10–15 years of progressive executive leadership in K-12 EdTech or instructional publishing.
PE-backed portfolio experience with familiarity of reporting cadences and exit orientation.
Proven ability to scale a technology or content platform to substantial growth.
Deep understanding of the US K-12 purchasing ecosystem and data privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

Translate the corporate vision into actionable operational strategies and KPIs.
Oversee product delivery pipelines and cross-functional coordination across departments.
Evaluate and modernize internal systems (ERP/CRM/LMS) to support growth.
Establish data-driven performance management structures and PE reporting cadence.
Lead customer success optimization and align teams for peak seasonal adoption.
