Job summary

Secure Engage, a fast-growing AI-powered cybersecurity and compliance platform, seeks a COO to lead day-to-day operations and drive growth across product, customer success, and revenue teams.

Work closely with the CEO and leadership to operationalize vision, scale the business, and deliver measurable outcomes across the organization. Remote-first with in-person collaborations supports a global impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior operational roles, including COO/VP Operations in SaaS/startup environments.
• Proven ability to scale processes, teams, and infrastructure in early-to-growth stage companies.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, GTM alignment, and financial operations.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context-switching in fast-paced settings.
• Experience partnering with founders, investors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable operational systems across sales, delivery, finance, product, and customer success.
• Translate strategic goals into executable plans, timelines, KPIs, and accountability.
• Partner with the CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting.
• Oversee hiring plans, team structure, and performance management.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth handoffs with high execution velocity.
• Support strategic deals and onboarding for enterprise clients.
• Own OKR planning, dashboards, and metrics to track growth and efficiency.
