Job summary

Komatsu seeks a Senior Manager of Technical and Operator Training focused on Electric Drive Trucks. Lead a distributed team, oversee content delivery, and align training with product updates.

This role emphasizes both technical credibility and people management, building relationships and expanding the training roadmap. Preferred candidates are based in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, or Wyoming, with travel less than 25%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in heavy construction or surface mining industries.
• Experience with electric drive trucks, shovels, drills, or electric wheel loaders preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience developing/conducting technical training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of technical and operator training professionals.
• Manage training schedules, workloads, travel, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate training delivery for internal teams, regions, dealers, and customers.
