Advantage Technical is hiring an eDrive Product Engineer in Dearborn, MI, on a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday-Thursday). The role focuses on developing inverter manufacturing and assembly processes and supporting production readiness for mass manufacturing of advanced EV components.

The candidate will document engineering specs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement using DOE, FMEA, and GD&T. CAD tools proficiency preferred (CATIA/NX/Creo/SolidWorks).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years electrical module assembly or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge of DFM principles and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with product development, validation, and industrialization processes.
• Ability to develop engineering specifications and manufacturing docs.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Pay Rate: $42.31/hour

We're seeking an experienced eDrive Product Engineer to support the development, industrialization, and launch of advanced inverter manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with automotive, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience to contribute to high-impact electrification projects.

Job Duties

• Develop and document inverter manufacturing and assembly processes
• Create and maintain engineering specifications for assembly operations
• Support production readiness and mass manufacturing implementation
