Job summary

CyberMaxx, Inc. is seeking an Operations Engineer to join our Operations Engineering team with a primary focus on EDR platform operations.

This individual contributor role supports the day-to-day delivery of CyberMaxx's managed EDR service across a diverse customer base. You will administer and troubleshoot EDR and XDR security platforms, including CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint; collaborate with SOC, Detection Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years in endpoint security, EDR operations, or related tech role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, or Defender for Endpoint.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot EDR/XDR platforms across customer environments.
• Execute routine and large-scale platform changes with proper controls and documentation.
• Monitor platform health, agent coverage, and policy alignment; coordinate remediation.
