Job summary

CyberMaxx is seeking an Operations Engineer to manage and optimize EDR/XDR platforms across a diverse customer base. The role focuses on administering and troubleshooting EDR tools like CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, and Defender for Endpoint, while engaging with SOC, Platform Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver managed security services.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on EDR experience, strong Windows endpoint skills, and the ability to automate repetitive tasks using

Qualifications

• 4+ years in endpoint security or related field.
• Hands-on admin of at least one major EDR platform.
• Experience with Windows endpoints; macOS/Linux beneficial.
• Ability to document findings and follow change controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain EDR platforms across customer environments.
• Execute platform changes and ensure change controls and docs.
• Monitor platform health, agent coverage, and policy alignment.
• Assist with agent deployment, console config, and migrations.
• Develop automation scripts and runbooks to improve service.
• Provide customer-facing guidance and report findings.
