Job summary

Accruent is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and modernization of its EDMS platform. You will shape the future for large industrial customers, guiding migration from on-premise to cloud while balancing reliability, security, and governance.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise B2B software.
Experience managing products through major technology transitions including SaaS transformation or cloud migration.
Strong customer-facing experience engaging enterprise stakeholders and executives.
Ability to balance long-term platform strategy with near-term customer commitments and business priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns customer needs with market trends and business goals.
Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps balancing cloud modernization with customer retention and growth.
