Cengage Group is seeking an Editorial Manager to lead content strategy and development for business disciplines. You will steer budget, negotiate terms, and partner with authors to deliver career-focused, timely learning experiences within the CLP platform.

You will influence cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive revenue growth while maintaining pedagogy and currency across higher-ed offerings.

Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in portfolio/product management, product development, sales, marketing, or other relevant management role.
• Ability to articulate vision and strategy to cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the difficulty content strategy and roadmap, including new course entry investment proposals.
• Manage portfolio content budget (P&L) to drive profitable content offerings.
• Develop strategy for high-impact courses that drive revenue retention and growth.
• Evaluate data, metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to guide decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality learning experiences.
