REVOLVE is seeking an Editorial Operations Project Specialist in Cerritos, CA. The role coordinates editorial, e-commerce, retail, and cross-functional content initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and deep experience in fashion content production and retail workflows. You will manage calendars, samples, and partnerships across Creative, Editorial, Merchandising, Marketing, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience producing photo shoots with modeling agencies.
• At least 3 years experience managing calendars, budgets, and planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Editorial calendar, including scheduling shoots, updating calendars, and ensuring teams have the latest shoot information.
• Coordinate editorial shoots and special launches, aligning timelines, owners and deliverables.
• Act as operational liaison across teams throughout the production lifecycle.
• Maintain project and sample trackers, including vendor communications and payments documentation.
• Escalate risks or delays affecting editorial or commerce timelines.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies involving sample availability, product information, and logistics.
