Job summary

REVOLVE GROUP is seeking an Editorial Operations Project Specialist in Cerritos, CA. The role acts as the operational hub for editorial, e-commerce, physical retail, and cross-functional content initiatives, aligning Creative, Editorial, E‑commerce, Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Social, PR, Production, Studio, Site, CRM/Email, and external partners.

You will coordinate priorities, timelines, samples and assets, drive cross-functional communication, and ensure content launches meet brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing photo shoots with modeling agencies and vendors.
• 3+ years of experience managing calendars, budgets, and planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive applications (including Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Editorial calendar, shoots, samples, and post-shoot follow-up with all teams.
• Kick off special launches, coordinating timelines, owners, product needs and deliverables.
• Serve as operational liaison, driving clarity, communication and follow-through across the production lifecycle.
