Kyyba seeks a Communication Specialist to lead the ET editorial direction, governance standards, and measurement strategy for communications across the Enterprise Technology organization. This role acts as the central editorial steward while partnering with communicators across decentralized teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency.

The position champions modern AI-enabled tools, drives publishing workflow improvements, and delivers data-driven insights to elevate audience engagement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate communications experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience establishing editorial guidelines, brand standards, and governance models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and analytics (SharePoint, Viva Engage, email campaigns).

Responsibilities

• Set editorial direction, governance standards, and measurement strategy for ET communications.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled tools and champion best practices to maximize audience engagement.
• Partner with decentralized teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistent narrative across channels.
• Oversee publishing workflows, channel governance, and cross-organizational initiatives.
