Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an Editor-in-Chief in Dearborn, MI to set editorial direction, governance standards, and measurement strategies for the Enterprise Technology communications organization. You will own end-to-end channel strategy, collaborate with distributed teams, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools to maximize audience engagement.

The role requires guiding publishing workflows, establishing brand standards, and delivering analytics-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years in corporate communications or internal media within a large, matrixed organization.
Experience establishing editorial guidelines, brand standards, and channel governance models.
Proven ability to evaluate and optimize multi-channel communication networks and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

Editorial Leadership & Channel Governance for ET communication channels.
Define publishing schedules, curate stories, and enforce quality and voice standards.
Document and maintain ET-wide communication and visual standards.
Own the lifecycle and adoption of the channel-recommendation AI assistant.
Guide communicators to appropriate channels and maintain governance.
Pull, validate, and analyze readership and engagement data for reporting.
Translate engagement metrics into executive-level insights and recommendations.
Collaborate across ET to reduce noise and improve alignment.
