• Experience establishing editorial guidelines, brand standards, and channel governance.
• Proven ability to optimize multi-channel publishing networks and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Editorial Leadership & Channel Governance for ET communication channels.
• Define publishing schedules, curate stories, enforce quality and voice standards.
• Define and maintain ET-wide communication and visual standards.
• Own lifecycle of channel-recommendation AI assistant and drive adoption.
• Pull, validate, and analyze readership data to establish a unified reporting baseline.
• Translate engagement metrics into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate across ET to reduce noise and improve aligned publishing workflows.
