eDiscovery Litigation Technologist

Overview
CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support various aspects of the company’s legal accounts as part of a fast‑paced and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Provide litigation technology support including monitoring legal changes impacting civil and criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
- Monitor industry trends to apply new technology or best practices for FBI Discovery.
- Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and deliver business capability.
- Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
- Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, selected criminal matters, FOIA, congressional requests, and other external inquiries using current FBI tools.
- Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing legal hold custodians and ensure proper preservation of material.
- Update or create standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
- Maintain strong technical background with electronic discovery applications and legal expertise.
Qualifications
- 5 (five) years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
- 3 (three) years of progressive and more responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
- 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
