Job summary

Dexian is seeking a skilled eDiscovery Specialist to support complex litigation projects, managing large data volumes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering organized, defensible work products. You will work with project managers and technical teams across the matter lifecycle, from data intake to final production, in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data analytics or related tech, familiarity with Relativity, Concordance, and Opus2, and strong Excel/SQL skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, BI, database administration, or related technical disciplines.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for quickly learning new software, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong technical curiosity and analytical judgment, with the capability to confidently work with large, complex data sets.
  • Practical, solutions-oriented approach to diagnosing root causes and troubleshooting technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, self-motivated work style with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and seek guidance when needed.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, scripting, or other data-focused tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the electronic discovery process and common workflows, including preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Hands-on experience with litigation support platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, Opus2, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of eDiscovery analytics and AI-assisted review technology.
  • Flexibility and composure under pressure, including availability outside regular hours for time-sensitive issues, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to process improvements through software evaluations, testing, internal training, and process development.
  • Support the team's efforts to continuously improve workflows and techniques using innovative software and tools.

Position Summary
