Job description

For our client, we are seeking a eDiscovery Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee complex client engagements within eDiscovery, with a strong emphasis on project execution, stakeholder communication, and service delivery. The position partners closely with clients, internal teams, and external providers to ensure matters are managed efficiently and aligned to client objectives. You will also help translate technical workflows into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders while keeping projects organized and on track.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client requirements in eDiscovery processes.
• Consult with clients on utilizing the company's services, focusing on Relativity.
• Coordinate internal processes to meet client objectives.
• Represent the company in client interactions and with third-party providers.
• Supervise and support the Client Services team to address client needs.
• Provide project updates and performance reports to optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive client and project documentation.
