Ladders is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager for a remote role in the Finance & Insurance space. You will oversee matters from intake to delivery, translating client requirements into actionable project plans and coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to keep work on schedule.

You will drive communication, reporting, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment, supervising the Client Services team and providing regular updates to management.

For our client, we are seeking a eDiscovery Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee eDiscovery matters from intake through delivery, ensuring client requirements are translated into clear project plans and executed with precision. You will partner closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to keep work aligned, responsive, and on schedule. The position also supports client service operations by driving communication, reporting, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
