The ideal candidate will serve as a key client contact, build trust, resolve issues proactively, and support consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective leadership.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements.
• Demonstrated project control from planning to production.

This role is focused on coordinating client service delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually
