Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization within a large Federal agency. You will lead client consultations, define workflows, and manage data processing, review, and production tasks in Relativity.

Responsibilities include creating and configuring Relativity fields, batches, and productions; building schedules; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring quality across instructions and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions.
• 3 years on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment; U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to meet eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and tools to progress work through the system.
• Initiate work by crafting work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of instructions and final product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish project schedules based on activity sequences and resources.
• Participate in kickoff, documentation, and project closure tasks like billing and data destruction.
• Maintain understanding of e-discovery and industry tools.
