Job summary

Lineal, a leading eDiscovery and legal technology services firm, seeks an operations leader to own the end-to-end eDiscovery process, from data processing through review and production, and to drive standardized workflows across global delivery.

You will influence across functions without direct reporting, design scalable processes, and implement QA/QC frameworks to improve efficiency, predictability and quality, leveraging Nuix and RelativityOne.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end eDiscovery operations from data processing to production.
• Ability to design scalable workflows and establish standards across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end eDiscovery operational process across data processing, review, and production.
• Drive cross-functional adoption of processes and standards without direct reporting lines.
• Design scalable processes to handle increasing matter volumes and global delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement using data, root-cause analysis, and lessons learned.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
• Establish QA/QC frameworks and metrics to ensure consistent delivery.
• Apply hands-on eDiscovery tech like Nuix and RelativityOne to inform operations.
• Translate technical capabilities into automated, standardized workflows.
• Lead operational change from design to implementation and measurement.
