Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with RelativityOne data processing and eDiscovery workflows.
• Experience managing processing queues, technical work orders, quality control, and productions.
• Experience leading or coordinating eDiscovery and data-processing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple processing requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for eDiscovery data processing and ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
• Manage and prioritize the data processing queue and ensure work orders meet requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of eDiscovery data-processing professionals.
• Perform QC of processing activities, work orders, and deliverables.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specifications and technical requirements.
