Job summary

CACI is seeking an ALS Lab Manager to serve as the technical lead for eDiscovery data processing services supporting the DOJ Civil Rights Division. This role will manage the processing queue, work orders, QC, and a team of eDiscovery professionals while supporting litigation teams with ESI and production requirements.

The ALS Lab Manager will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and IT staff to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with RelativityOne data processing and eDiscovery workflows.
• Experience managing processing queues, technical work orders, quality control, and litigation productions.
• Experience leading or coordinating eDiscovery and data-processing teams.
• Strong understanding of ESI specifications, data processing, productions, and QC requirements.
• Experience supporting attorneys, paralegals, and case managers in litigation/eDiscovery environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for eDiscovery data processing and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Manage and prioritize the data processing queue and ensure work orders are completed according to requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of eDiscovery data-processing professionals.
• Perform quality control of processing activities, work orders, and related deliverables.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specifications, stipulations, and technical requirements.
• Provide technical support for RelativityOne environment including user management and administration.
• Assist with evaluating RelativityOne plug-ins and infrastructure-related requirements.
• Participate in Rule 26(f) conferences and provide technical eDiscovery guidance as needed.
