Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the on-site eDiscovery lab, oversee data processing, and ensure productions meet ESI specifications. You will collaborate with attorneys, co-counsel, and client agencies to resolve deficiencies and streamline processing workflows.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, management proficiency, and a CS-related undergraduate degree, with a strong focus on EDRM and data handling across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles, including processing, image and data conversion, data culling, QA, database loads and retrieval.
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Relativity certifications such as RCA or Analytics Specialist preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field; waivers require contracting-officer approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely completion; develop and implement processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys on best practices for ESI specs; participate in teleconferences with counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications and issue deficiency notices to case attorneys.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resources.
• Provide web-hosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals on-site: schedule work, assess requirements, assign tasks, meet deadlines; produce progress reports and perform QC of deliverables.
• Advise client attorneys, paralegals, and case managers on EDRM phases: data collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, production.
