Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a motivated FP&A professional to support the eDiscovery business through financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will collaborate with Accounting, Billing, Client Services and Sales to drive revenue forecasting and performance insights.

Responsibilities include weekly revenue forecasts, close variance reviews, ad-hoc analyses, and creating commentary for monthly operations reviews to improve revenue reporting and forecasting accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of Consulting, Strategy or FP&A experience.
• Solid understanding of revenue accounting principles, financial metrics, and performance measurement concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly forecast of current month revenue in collaboration with Accounting, Billing, Client Services, and Sales.
• Review revenue data during close process for accuracy and variance to forecast.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and decision support to business unit leaders.
• Create value-added commentary and insights for the monthly operations review.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and identify drivers behind financial performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing, revenue reporting, and forecasting.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses as needed.
