Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Data Specialist II to support the District’s Litigation Support Unit.

You will modify and manipulate files for use with COTS products and litigation applications such as Relativity, LAW, IPRO, MS Office, and more, ensuring compliance with ESI specifications and handling productions with QA checks. Two years of eDiscovery experience is preferred along with familiarity with Windows, document review tools, encryption, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms (LAW, IPRO, Relativity) preferred.
• Two years of eDiscovery or related data processing experience.
• Good understanding of data culling, database loads, and QA checks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform file manipulation, loading, and conversion for COTS products and litigation support apps.
• QA/export electronic files to multiple formats and load/update databases.
• Process electronic discovery, scan/import, and OCR documents with eDiscovery tools.
• Identify data for export, apply redactions, and ensure compliance with ESI specs.
• Support discovery intake tracking, Discovery Log, and production processes.
