Job summary

Stinson LLP is seeking an eDiscovery and Practice Support Analyst to provide technical support for processing data requests to the department, including database creation, imports and exports of data, image management, troubleshooting of load files, and DeNisting, DeDuping, Culling, and Filtering of ESI across Relativity and related tools.

The role also performs quality assurance on finalized productions and handles archiving of Relativity databases.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or legal studies.
• Minimum of 4 years legal experience at a law firm or with a litigation-support vendor.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience processing data with knowledge of Relativity.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Archiving (85%): Manage litigation databases and network drives, including creation, updating, and tracking.
• Import/Export data and troubleshoot load files.
• Utilize Relativity admin tools to monitor hosting storage and workspace utilization.
• Data manipulation and archiving Relativity databases.
• Quality Assurance (5%): Perform QC on finalized productions and analyze new databases.
• General/Admin (10%): Test software, ensure data accessibility, document time, backup specialists, and perform other duties.
